Privacy Policy & Data Governance Specification

Official policy governing data handling practices for the Aviator Pro mobile application and web domain.
Document Ref: AP-POL-2026.01
Effective Date: October 15, 2026
Application ID: com.aviator.pro
Domain: aviatorpro.site
Binding Non-Collection Principle

Aviator Pro operates under an uncompromising zero-telemetry architecture. The software functions entirely as an offline local study sandbox. No personally identifiable information, device telemetry, network profiling identifiers, or assessment scores are transmitted to or stored on remote servers.

1. Scope and Objective

This Privacy Policy applies to the Aviator Pro software application (Package ID: com.aviator.pro) and the official project domain (aviatorpro.site). Aviator Pro is designed strictly as an offline educational ground school tool for Private Pilot License (PPL) theoretical examination preparation.

2. Non-Collection of Personal Data

We do not request, register, process, or maintain any personal data. In particular:

  • No User Account System: You are never asked to provide your legal name, username, email address, password, or phone number.
  • No Identity Association: Examination results and practice modules are strictly local and are never linked to any personal identity.
  • No Financial Data: The application does not handle or store credit card, banking, or billing records.

3. Non-Collection of Device Telemetry and Identifiers

The application is built with zero surveillance components:

  • No Hardware Tracking: The application does not access or harvest IMEI numbers, MAC addresses, Android IDs, serial numbers, or advertising identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID / GAID).
  • No Geolocation Tracking: The application does not access device GPS or network-assisted location hardware.
  • No Behavioral Tracking: There are no session recording tools, behavioral heatmaps, or diagnostic trackers compiled into the software.

4. Local Client Sandbox Data Storage

All progress indicators, examination history, answered questions, and user interface preferences are written exclusively to the device's sandboxed local storage (Android SharedPreferences / local SQLite database).

This data remains under the exclusive control of the device owner. It never leaves the physical handset and can be eradicated immediately at any time by clearing application storage via Android system settings or using the in-app progress reset option.

5. Operating System Permissions Policy

Aviator Pro adheres strictly to the principle of least privilege. The application does not declare or request sensitive runtime operating system permissions:

  • No camera or microphone capture permissions;
  • No contacts, calendar, or address book permissions;
  • No shared external storage or photo gallery access;
  • No background location or peripheral sensor permissions.

6. Third-Party Libraries and External SDKs

The production distribution of Aviator Pro contains zero commercial advertising networks, zero user profiling SDKs, and zero social media integration plugins. No external parties receive data through your use of the application.

7. Children's Online Privacy Protection (COPPA / GDPR-K)

Because Aviator Pro collects absolutely no personal information or persistent identifiers from any user, it fully complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR-K), and associated global child privacy frameworks. The software is suitable for student pilots of all ages.

8. Policy Amendments

Any revisions to this Data Governance Specification will be permanently documented at https://aviatorpro.site/privacy with an updated effective date and revision index.
